Problem

678 commits, 0 published releases. The hydra.js bridge API has evolved substantially (schemaEnhancer, fieldMappings, templates, expandListingBlocks) but there is no CHANGELOG. Integrators cannot know what changed between updates and may silently break.

Requested

1. Add CHANGELOG.md (Keep a Changelog format)
2. Tag current state as v0.1.0 or similar
3. Add Conventional Commits + release automation (release-please)
4. Retroactive summary of major API additions
